Executive ChefShota Kobayashi

Born in Tokyo in 1995, Shota Kobayashi began his culinary training at the Shinjuku Culinary Institute at the age of 18. After graduation, he spent six years refining his skills at a traditional Japanese ryotei, followed by three years as the second chef at a Michelin-listed restaurant. He later became Executive Chef of Sumibi Kappo Azabu Ryudocho in Roppongi.
